NEW SHOES, SAME ROAD
by Mircea Pricajan
editor-in-chief

Starting this month, Imagikon has a new face.

The reason for this change is somewhat simple. And it forms its premises on two layers.

First is the reader-layer. We thought it a service towards our readers to give them our work in monthly installments and spear them the effort of coming to our site every day to check whether or not we have uploaded new material.

By making Imagikon a monthly e-zine, we hope to give you, the reader, some breathing room and piece of mind and—most of all—a specific date for new reading pleasures.

The second layer is that of the writer’s. There are certain advantages of a monthly e-zine, advantages which a ‘spontaneous’ e-zine doesn’t have. First of all we now provide some basic guidelines for submitting us your work.

Given the form Imagikon has had until now, these guidelines didn’t find a reason for existence. With a monthly e-zine, things are more easily to handle and by publishing in a certain issue of Imagikon you, the writer, will have from now on a bibliographical specific reference to write in your C.V.

Now, these being the premises, here are the expectances.

We hope this new Imagikon to entertain and delight you at least as much as the old one did. We are sure that the improved editorial stuff will be able to give you all the reading pleasure you are looking for.

Imagikon remains the same e-zine you have come to read with pleasure—the path we are following remains the same path of valuable literature.

We have just felt the need to change our shoes, as the old ones started to itch our feet a little at the toes.

Make sure you stick with us during this journey through the good literature from all over the world, issue by issue.

All the best wishes and thanks for stopping by!

Come again in a month’s time! We’ll be here with something new to show you.

Imagikon is the world ...
